Entrance queues at the Sagrada Familia
The popularity of the Sagrada means that you should be prepared for the long queues which can extend up to 1 hour or more. It is advised that you bring Sunscreen and water and something to keep you occupied while you are waiting. A much better alternatively would be to reserve your entrance tickets in advance and skip the queue entirely. You would also benefit from a guided tour which gives invaluable insights into Gaudí and his incredible creations.
The building is still under construction and won't be completed for another 20 / 25 years. Construction started on the Sagrada Familia in 1882.
