Please adhere to the following guidelines before you submit your feedback

Writing style
Please be clear in your guidance and clearly define what you mean e.g. If you had a "great" meal explain specifically why it was great - likewise if you had a bad experience. This will help other site visitors learn more from your experience.

Only write from your first hand experience. We cannot accept a review if it does not relate directly to your own experience.

You should write the article as you actually experienced it as if you were telling a friend.

No advertising or self promotion
We will not publish reviews that are clearly aimed at solely promoting a specific business. We reserve the right to remove names of businesses or services from a review or to refuse publishing such an article.

Balanced view point
It is best to give a balanced review that reflects as full a picture as possible of your experience. e.g. You may have had a bad experience but there usually are some good points in your story - try to give these too.

Exclusive rights to use site visitor submitted material reviews/comments/questions/images etc

All reviews must be submitted with a valid e-mail address. You can choose whether your e-mail address is displayed with the review or not. Your e-mail address is kept private and we do not give it to any other company or organization.

We reserve the right to choose whether an article will be published or not.
