|Reservation information for the 987 Barcelona Hotel|
The hotel's exterior is slightly uninviting and closed. The windows are covered and it is necessary to turn the handle on a large and heavy wrought iron door to enter into the lobby area. What lurks beneath is a welcome surprise. A large sheet of perspex covering the inside of the front door causes a pink light to be cast throughout the lobby. Furry grey rugs cover the long and thin area. There are soft mauve swivel design chairs and low tables. Modern and minimalist chandeliers cut through the pink light. A stylish bar area can be glimpsed towards the left of the lobby, through sporadic slatted blinds.
There is no pool or gym in the hotel. However, the hotel is associated with a gym on Calle Bruc, within two minutes walking distance of the hotel. This allows customers of the hotel to use the gym for a reduced price per day.
There is a restaurant that serves all meals. At lunch times a set menu ('Menu del Dia') of three courses, drink and bread is available. There is also an a la carte menu.
There is also a bar next to the lobby area of the hotel.
