This is quiet charming hotel. Well placed looking straight out across the road and onto the beach this hotel is far less business-like than many of it’s neighbours. It’s the location right next to the beach, and some little touches that make this unassuming 4 star hotel worth a look. The food is varied and international, for example some of the specialties are crab risotto in cream of prawns, chicken and king prawn surf and turf, and beef sirloin with fried foie. You can wind down after a hard day in the hotel’s gym, or maybe you would like to hire one of the hotel’s bikes to ride along the beach front. There are cash points and a supermarket close by at Diagonal Mar, though if you don’t think you can take that then take any of the roads leading in from the beach and you will find small mini-markets and newsagents. How to travel from the airport to the hotelVia Taxi A taxi from the airport should take about 25 minutes and cost around 25 - 30 euros depending on traffic and luggage. Via Train The RENFE train leaves the airport every half an hour and will take you to Passeig de Gracia station, in about 20 mins and costs 2.60 Euros for a single ticket. You then have to change onto the yellow line metro. Your nearest metro stop is Selva Del Mar and the hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the metro. Via Bus The Aerobus will also take you from the
Airport to Catalunya station and costs 4.05 Euros. The journey time
is around 30 minutes. From Catalunya you need to take the Green Line Reservations

The
best feature of the hotel is that you just need to cross the road
and you are on the beach, and a lovely beach it is too, Platja Nova
Mar Bella. The metro stop is Selva de Mar which is a 15 minute walk
away. The metro will take you into the city centre in 20 minutes.
You are near to all the important conference centres as well as
a 5 minute walk from a large complex called Diagonal Mar which houses
restaurants, cinemas and shops a plenty.
Metro to Passeig de Gracia and then change onto the yellow line metro. Your nearest
metro stop is Selva Del Mar and the hotel is a
short 10 minute walk from the metro.
