Hotel Regina is housed inside a beautiful, ornately stuccoed, art deco building in the centre of Barcelona. The hotel was refurbished in 2005 and is just footsteps away from Plaça Catalunya and many of the city's sights of interest.
Hotel Facilities
Restaurant - Breakfast is served every morning but not included in the price, there is no lunch served.
Cocktail Lounge - The hotel has an open plan restaurant / bar / lounge. Here by the bar you can sample its cocktail list before heading out for the evening. Babysitting can be arranged by request, Laundry service. Photocopying and fax services.
Business Facilities
The hotel has 2 relatively new meeting rooms which are available for every sort of function. The rooms are soundproofed and can be opened up to form a large room with a capacity of 80 people.
Business equipment provided - flipchart screen, internet connection, Wi-Fi, stationary, water, TV and video.

There are 99 rooms in total in the Regina, including 4 suites, 10 non-smoking rooms and 2 adapted for the physically challenged.
The rooms are all contemporary in design. They all have a 16 inch Satellite TV, a minibar, direct telephone lines, data ports and air-conditioning. There are rooms with 4 beds and with 2 doubles and a twin available for families. In the rooms there is also a full blackout window blind which is great if you like a siesta because most of the rooms get direct sunlight for the whole afternoon.

The hotel has an outstanding location, just some 50 metres to Las Ramblas. You are within walking distance of many of Barcelona's sights such as Gaudí's buildings on Passeig de Gràcia, the museums of El Raval, the Gothic Cathedral. Not to mention that you are 10 seconds away from some great shops. There is an internet café 2 doors down from the Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel. For a cash point you can either wander to Plaça Catalunya or Calle Pelai where you will find a few. Also you are very near Corte Inglés which is a huge air-conditioned department store on Plaça Catalunya, there you will find everything form a well-stocked supermarket to an international cosmetics counter. The central location means that you are surrounded by a wide range of facilities. The nearest metro is 2 minutes away in Plaça Catalunya.

Public transport transfer options
Via Taxi A taxi from the airport should take about 25 minutes and cost around €25.00 - €30.00 depending on traffic and luggage.
Via Train The RENFE train leaves the airport every half an hour and will take you to Passeig de Gràcia station, in about 30 minutes and costs €3.80 for a single ticket. Your hotel is a 10 minute walk from the metro.
Via Bus The Aerobus will also take you from the Airport to Catalunya station and costs €5.75. The journey time is around 30 minutes. From Catalunya you have a short 2 minute walk to the hotel.
