The hotel is relatively small with a modern exterior, modern brick walls and small glass windows. The lobby area sits at the base of a wide flight of dark green marble stairs. This is Barcelona's largest train station and is also the site of a coach station. International travellers will find the direct trains running to Barcelona airport convenient. Coaches and trains also run to many of Spain's important national locations, such as Madrid and San Sebastian.

It you are a football fan you will be pleased to note that the hotel is a 15 minute walk from Barcelona FC's ground - Camp Nou. At the part of the street that is closest to Camp Nou there is an important business hub, with many major office buildings. There is also a large El Corte Ingles department store.

The hotel's nearest metro station is Plaça Del Centre - 10 minutes walk from the hotel. This will ensure that some of Barcelona's more touristic areas are relatively easy to reach.

Public transport transfer options

Via Taxi: A taxi from the airport should take about 25 minutes and cost around €25.00 - €30.00 depending on traffic and luggage.

Via Train: The RENFE train leaves the airport every half an hour and will take you to Estacio Sants in 25 minutes. You can either use the T10 transport ticket from the airport (T10 costs €9.25 for 10 separate journeys on Barcelona public transport) or you can buy a single fare ticket for €3.60. From Estacio Sants take the Green Line on the metro just one stop to Plaça Del Centre, from here the hotel is a 10 minute walk. Alternatively if you have a lot of luggage a taxi will take 5 minutes and cost around €6.00 - €8.00.

Via Bus: Take the 'Aerobus' to Plaza Espanya from directly outside the airport. The Aerobus generally runs every 10 - 15 minutes and the journey time is 30 minutes. A single will cost €5.30. From Plaza Espanya take the Green Line on the metro to Plaça Del Centre, from the metro station the hotel is a 10 minute walk.
