Plaza Universitat is the home of Barcelona's old University buildings. Plaza Espanya is also where you will find Barcelona's palace.
The hotel is a five-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia. This is one of Barcelona's most prized gems. The wide street is lined with old and decorative streetlamps and the pavement is covered in Gaudí inspired stones. It is also the home of two of Gaudí's most famous buildings - Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. Casa Batlló is the smaller of the two. It has a large sculpture of a dragon's tail on the roof and its façade is dotted with ornate balconies. La Pedrera has a sea theme running throughout.
