Hotel Catalonia Berna is not just another centrally situated city hotel, it is a hotel with that now elusive and most important quality which is the hallmark of a good hotel: friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Reception, dining room, bar and management all score top marks. I have not seen a breakfast buffet of comparable standard in Europe. Congratulations to Hotel Manager Rita Gamez and all the Staff.
