Location of Tourist Office at Barcelona Sants Station

The tourist information desk at Barcelona Sants station is located at the centre of the station, behind the ticket booths for 'Venta Anticipada Larga Distancia'. If you enter through the station's main entrance, continue past the 'Brief Questions' counter. You will see some toilets on your left – the tourist information desk sits just to the left of these.

Opening times of Tourist Office at Barcelona Sants Station

Monday – Friday (and every day from 24th June - 24th September): 08:00 – 20:00
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: 08:00 – 14:00
(closed on 25th and 26th December and 1st January)

Information available at the Tourist Office at Barcelona Sants Station

The tourist information stand at Barcelona Sants station cannot provide information on the trains and the services in the station itself – for information on these it is best to head to 'Atencio al Cliente' or the trains information desk (see Information Desks at Barcelona Sants).

Instead, tourist information provides information in relation to tourist activities for Barcelona and Catalunya. If you have arrived in Barcelona and do not yet have accommodation, the staff at the desk can help you to find a hotel that suits your budget and requirements and call to make a booking.

You can also pick up leaflets and ask questions in relation to all of Barcelona's tourist activities.

At the tourist stand you can pick up your reserved tickets for activities including the Barcelona tourist bus and Barcelona Mar. You can also pick up your Barcelona Card.

If you find yourself arriving into Barcelona Sants station having made no plans for your trip, tourist information is a great place to start. They will be able to help you with the large majority of your plans for your holiday.
