Q:  I have just spend a wonderful week in a holiday-flat in Barcelona (the most exciting city in Europe), and would like to come back in January for the sale, could you please inform me, when it begins?

A:  The New Year January sales in Barcelona typically begin the week after the "Festival of the Kings". Typically the January Sales would start around  the 10th - 14th January and go on for about 1 month. However different shops may start their sales at slightly different dates because there is no "official" date for the January Sales in Barcelona.

The name for the Sales in Barcelona is “Rebajas” in Spanish or Rebaixes in Catalan.
