Q: My husband and I would like to visit Barcelona. He is handicapped and is in a heavy power chair. I would like to know if he would be able to get around and sight see? Are there handicapped equipped cars with ramps? Could he get into the stores etc. Any info you could provide would be helpful.

A: Hello Barcelona is not the most handicapped-friendly city in the World however it is making efforts to improve conditions for the disabled traveller.
