How can we travel from Moll Adossat Cruise Pier to Placa Catalunya?

Q: I would like to know how far it is in miles from the Moll Adossat Pier terminal to Placa Catalunya and how can I get there? We are going to do the Hop on Hop off bus tour.

A: The distance from the Moll Adossat Pier to Placa de Catalunya is about 1.24 miles (more or less 2.7 km) The best way to travel to Placa Catalunya is by taxi if you have to carry your luggage, as the Moll Adossat piers are the furthest of all the pier terminals from the city centre.

You can also take the shuttle bus (Blue Bus) at the cruise terminal to Plaza de Colon which has the Christopher Columbus Monument. From here you can walk up the famous La Rambla until arriving to Placa de Catalunya. Alternatively you can walk from Christopher Columbus monument to Drassanes metro on La Rambla and then travel from here two stops up to Placa Catalunya. The time to walk from the Christopher Columbus monument to Drassanes metro is only a few minutes.

We recommend you follow the link below to find all specific information regarding the cruise terminals and transportation possibilities from the cruise terminals to the city centre. You will also find maps of the cruise area, how to store your baggage, public transport information and more following the link below:
