Q: We are two persons trying to get in contact with Norwegian Cruise line in Barcelona. They have a ship sailing tonight and we would like to sail with it! We cant get in tuch with them, the port is closed and we are in Palma de Mallorca so we need to fly to Barcelona can you help?

A: I think you are leaving this arrangment too late. The Barcelona Cruise Port information offices have operating hours Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and if you ring outside those hours you will not receive a response.

The Barcelona Port information has information lines in 3 languages, Catalan, Spanish and English. Just stay on the line until you hear the English language welcome message.

Since you are trying to contact the port out of normal hours I recommend you try and contact Norwegian Cruise line head office directly and ask them. The number given below is a US number. They have operating hours on US time.
