A: It is possible to purchase your Barcelona Card online, however you can only pick up the Barcelona Card during the operating hours of the Tourist Information in Barcelona Airport or Barcelona city centre. Please see below for more details:

There are also tourist information offices in the centre of Barcelona where you can pick up your Barcelona Card.  In case of a late arrival at Barcelona airport, you would need to pick up your Barcelona card the next day at the tourist information points in town. Where can I pick up the Barcelona Card

 Check the Barcelona Tourist office opening hours! It has an official closing hour however they have been known to close their doors 15 minutes before closing time. The reason is that they may have long queues in the tourist office already and it would take 15 minutes to clear the queue. Therefore go well before closing time if you can.

 Please note: The Turisme de Barcelona Information Offices are closed on December 25 and January 1.
