Q: What is the nearest self serve laundry to the Barcelona cruise port?

A: There are two very close.  The first is a self serve laundry called Lavomatic at the Calle Consolat del Mar, near the Post Office in Via Laietana. The nearest metro station is  Metro: Jaume I (Yellow Line, L4) , the laundrymat is which is a 10 minute walk from the metro . To arrive at the laundromat   from the cruise port, you would need to go to the Port Vell (near Christopher Columbus monument) first and there catch the bus 19 direction Sant Genis and get off at Via Laietana/Jutjats and walk to the laundry which is only 5 minutes from this bus stop. You can choose the self serve laundry option, which costs 4.25 euros, tumble dry 0.85 euros per 5 minutes. A pack of soap costs 0.80 euros and fabric softener 0.20 euros. If you prefer you can leave your laundry there and then pick it up ready and pressed to go in your cupboard, this laundry service would cost you 12 euros for a full load fully prepared.

Another option which is closer is to walk up the Ramblas on the left hand side until you arrive at Calle Nou de la Rambla. There you can find another self serve laundry, called Wash'n Dry at the Metro: Liceu or Drassanes (Green Line, L3), Nou de la Rambla which is half way up Las Ramblas. If you take the Blue Bus from the cruise port terminal  to the Christopher Columbus monument, you can walk up the Ramblas in about 10 minutes to arrive at Nou de La Rambla.
