Contact Details For Lost Property Office At Barcelona Airport El Prat?

Q: I've lost a valuable item on my flight with LOT Polish airlines from Warsaw to Barcelona. I already spoke to the LOT lost property office, but they haven't found anything. They suggested contacting the Barcelona airport. Can you help?

A: You need to get in contact with the Lost Property Office of AENA. AENA is the official airports authority in Spain. They have an office at the Barcelona airport El Prat. You need to call them at the number given below. If they have found the lost item, you can pick it up at the airport from Mondays to Fridays from 07:00 to 23:00 after having arranged the day and time with person responsible for return of the lost goods.

In the new Terminal 1 (T1) building there is also a lost property office. It is located  at Level 2 of the terminal building, next to the Left Luggage department.
