Q:  Would a taxi be available to drive us from Hilton Diagonal Mar  to Barcelona International Airport (El Prat de Lobregat) at 7 AM ? We have to be at the airport by 7:55 AM. What hours do the Barcelona Taxis operate and  how much time is required to travel to Barcelona Airport?

A:  Taxis  are available 24 hours per day 365 days per year. It is best to call the taxi firm (number below) the night before you need the taxi or ask your hotel reception to do this for you. Allow anything between  20 to 40 minutes to travel to Barcelona Airport from Barcelona - depending on where you are in the city centre. Hilton Diagonal Mar is on the other side of town from the airport therefore I would say you should allow around 40 minutes to be on the safe side to travel from the Hotel Hilton Diagonal Mar to Barcelona Airport El Prat de Llobregat however it could be much quicker than this depending on the traffic. At 7.00am the roads are relatively clear so you should be there in plenty of time if you allocate 40 minutes.  Normally from the heart of the city centre (near Placa Catalunya) the taxi ride to the airport would be around 25 minutes.
