Q:  Where is La Rambla exactly in Barcelona.Your website mentions approximately 25 Euros by taxi from Barcelona airport to city center. We are staying in a hotel near Las Ramblas (by the pier). How far is La Rambla and the pier in reference to city center?

If you take a taxi from Barcelona Airport to almost anywhere in the city centre the fare is around 25 euros. The reason is Barcelona is relatively small city and although the fare will vary slightly around this amount it won´t be far off 25 euros.  However if you go to Barcelona Cruise terminals you have an additional taxi supplement to pay on top of the airport supplement. This supplement is for drop off at the cruise terminal. Therefore if you are actually asking to be dropped off at the Cruise Terminals you would pay around 30 euros for the taxi fare from Barcelona airport.
