The Barcelona Antibes Hotel is a basic 2 Star hotel located in a quiet residential area not far from attractions like Gaudi´s famous Sagrada Familia.  The area is also well-connected by metro.

Hotel Facilities

Breakfast is served every morning in the hotel’s own breakfast room, and there is also a lounge area and a TV room.  The hotel offers a laundry and a fax service.  There is a private garage available for guests at a cost of 12 euros per car and 6 euros per bike per stay.

Hotel Location and Facilities

Diputacio is a great road for facilities, especially in this residential part of town.  There is a bank across from the hotel, as well as a bar and a Chinese bazaar shop which sells everything and anything you may want from ornaments to envelopes. 

Walk down the road a little towards the city centre and you will find a pharmacy, bakeries, supermarkets and mini-markets all nearby.  The metro stop is Monumental and that is 2 stops away from the centre of Barcelona.  Or you could walk the distance in 15 minutes.  Also close to the hotel is the Sagrada Familia which is Gaudi´s huge, awe-inspiring basilica, a must-see on any trip to Barcelona.

How to travel from the airport to the hotel

Via Taxi A taxi from the airport will take about 25 minutes and cost around 25 - 30 euros depending on traffic and luggage.

Via Train The RENFE train leaves the airport every half an hour and will take you to Passeig de Gracia, in about 25 mins and costs 2.60 Euros for a single ticket. You then have to change here for the purple line Metro and get off at Monumental. Your hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the metro.

Via Bus The Aerobus will also take you from the Airport to Catalunya station and costs 4.05 Euros. The journey time is around 30 minutes. From Catalunya you need to follow the instructions above for taking the metro.
