Barcelona To Salou

By Train - Barcelona to Salou

The train company RENFE covers the service between Barcelona Sants station and Salou.

Trains start running at 5:49, and the last one is at 21:30. The frequency is 25 minutes to an hour and a half.

The journey takes approximately an hour and a half, and ticket prices range from 5.90 to 6.70 euros.

These prices and timetables refer to regular trains. You’ll find that there are intercity trains calling at Salou and Barcelona. You can take one of these if you want, but tickets can cost up to 17.90 euros.

By Bus - Barcelona to Salou

The bus company Plana links Barcelona City Centre to Salou. You can take the bus in Passeig de Gracia, next to the Metro Station. The bus stop is right in front of the Casa Batlló.

Buses start running at 8:45 and the last one is at 22:15. The frequency is 1 to 2 hours.

From Salou to Barcelona buses leave every hour from 6:00 till 11:00, and there is another bus at 14:00. These timetables change during the weekend and depend on the season.

By Train - Salou to Barcelona

From Salou to Barcelona Sants, trains start running at 7:07 and finish at 22:55. The frequency is 20 minutes to an hour and a half.

Barcelona to Salou by Private Taxi

This is an expensive option and because of the distances involved (105Km) an estimate of the Taxi fair from Barcelona to Salou is around 150 Euros but it could be more! For this reason it is worth considering the transfer methods described above.
