Flyboarding has taken off in places around the world. Not wanting to be left out Barcelona now has a watersports company - Flyboard Club of Barcelona. Now you too can enjoy this adrenaline-packed sport on the shores of Barcelona.

If you have not heard of flyboarding before it's a little difficult for me to explain in words. It's like defying gravity by balancing on a high powered water jet board that propels you into the air. You can go up, down, move forward and backwards. You can even twist and dive. The closest thing to becoming gravity-defying Spiderman - only in water. The best thing is to take a look at the photos we've provided to get a better idea of what you can do.
Don't worry if it's your first time, because a team of certified instructors will teach you the basics.

A Flyboard session will take between 1.5 and 2 hours. You will be taken off shore in a speedboat, from 3 to 6 people at a time.
A session includes:
• Two certified instructors
• A short course to learn the basics of flyboarding
• Time to practice flyboarding on your own
• Music and drinks on the boat
• Waterproof cases for your mobile
• Wi-Fi Internet to share photos
• Equipment, including a helmet, life jacket and an optional wet-suit during the winter.

In most places flyboards are pulled by a Jet ski, but Barcelona Flyboarding Club uses a speedboat instead. This means that if you visit in a group you can enjoy the experience together on the actual boat.
Flyboarding is suitable for anyone aged 16 years and older who likes watersports. The maximum number of people on the boat at any one time is 6 people.
Prices
Single session (15 min): €140.00
Single session (30 min): €200.00
Private session for groups of 3 to 6 people.
During this time you can make as many flyboarding flights as you want.
Group session (60 min): €500.00
Packs of 3, 5 or 10 flights are available for the Flyboard enthusiast.
Payments can only be made with credit card or bank transfers.

The boat will leave from the Marina Seca harbour at Port Forum however their main office is in the city centre.

How to get there
