Barcelona Airport has two Terminals - 1 and 2 (T2A, T2B and T2C). Both terminals have their own car park. There is also a separate long stay car park that sits between the two terminals (see below for more details). This page provides details of all three car parks - locations, prices, opening times and how to buy your parking ticket.
Terminal 1 (T1) Car Park
T1 at Barcelona Airport has a nine storey covered car park with 11,900 spaces. The car park has the same prices as the car park at Terminal 2 (see below). It also has the same methods for acquiring a ticket (see below).
Terminal 2 (T2) Car Park
T2 (T2A, T2B and T2C) at Barcelona airport has 12,500 spaces for car parking. 7,600 of these are in open air parking and have entrances and exists that are guarded by security staff 24 hours per day.
When entering the car park you are issued a ticket by an automatic vending machine. Take this ticket with you and do not leave it in the car.
When you want to return to your car you must take your ticket to an automatic payment machine. These are located in all of the terminal building public areas as well as in the indoor car park areas.
Take your ticket with you to your car and drive to the exit and insert your ticket into the machine next to the exit barrier to leave.

Long Stay Parking at Barcelona Airport
Along the 4km road that runs between T1 and T2 at Barcelona Airport you will find the long stay car park. It lies 2 km from both terminals. There is a free shuttle bus that runs from the long stay car park to both T1 and T2.
If you plan to leave your car in the long stay car park, ensure that you arrive at the airport with sufficient time to get to the check-in desk at the terminal you will flying from. Once at the long stay car park you will need to wait for a shuttle bus to take you to the terminal that you need - this will add time to your journey allow an extra 30 minutes to be safe. This includes waiting time for the Terminal shuttle bus to arrive and transit time.
