Casa Amatller is an impressive modernist building designed by Josep Puig i Cadafalch between 1898 and 1900. The building was initially built as a home for the chocolate manufacturer Antoni Amatller. Today Casa Amatller still has its original furniture, decorations and colourful glass collections.

Casa Amatller also has a cafeteria located on the ground floor. Here you can drink a cup of delightful chocolate made from the original Casa Amatller recipe from more than a century ago. You can also purchase delicious chocolates and typical Spanish chocolate bar by the cup that will make a nice souvenir from Barcelona.
