Cosmo Caixa in Barcelona

Cosmo Caixa is a science museum that exhibits temporary and permanent displays where you can learn about science, natural surroundings and the universe. The museum was built from 1904 to 1909 as a shelter for the blind but closed down in 1979. Cosmo Caixa then is renovated and opened as a museum in 2004. It has touch-sensitive interactive exhibits for children along with a planetarium.
