Hospital de Sant Pau was designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner. It was built during 1901 to 1930 making it the oldest hospital in Spain. The structure displays the legacy of Barcelona during the 19th century and was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1997.
