Jardins de Laribal in Barcelona
Page Content
Jardins de Laribal is another green garden park located in Montjuïc. Walking along this garden you can feel the serene environment that nature gives. The sound of the birds along with the light fresh air breeze and the lush plants and trees around. You will feel this sense of comfort that is refreshing and energizing. Here you will walk along terraces on several levels connected by pathways and stairways. Along the pathways are these stone white pillars with tree vines hovering above to give you a bit of shade from the sun. So you can walk without feeling the heat of the Barcelona sun. Additionally, you will also see fountains, sculptures and tiled benches where you can rest after walking.
Jardins de Laribal was built between 1917 to 1924 by Jean-Claude Nicolas Forestier and Nicolau Maria Rubió i Tudurí.
