The Mirador del Migdia is a viewpoint located on Montjuic mountain beside the historic Castell de Montjuic. If you want a different ambiance from the bustling city, you can simply go here for a relaxing nature walk or have a nice picnic in Parc del Migdia. Relax under the cool shade of the trees while admiring the panoramic view of the Barcelona sea. The park gives that serene and calm environment for you to just sit back and relax. You can also walk along the pathway going all the way to Montjuic castle. In fact the path goes around the castle and you can return to the Mirador.
There is an open air laid-back restaurant near the Mirador called La Caseta. You can make a quick stop here to get refreshments or a snack, view views on the Mediterranean see on one side and Monjuic forest on the other.

How to get to Mirador del Migdia
Metro: Parallel (Green Line, L3) then change for the Funicular de Montjuïc. Once you have taken the Funicular de Montjuïc you will need to take the Montjuïc Cable car up to Castell de Montjuïc near the Migdia viewpoint.
From Castell de Montjuic you will walk about 10 minutes to the Migdia viewpoint.
