The testing centre only works with appointments for groups so you that they can provide a quick and efficient service, you will therefore need to first make your booking in order to obtain the exact address of the test centre.
The testing centre in the Sagrada Familia area of Barcelona, at a 7 minutes walking distance from the Sagrada Familia.
2. Opening hours of the testing centre
Monday - Sunday: 08:00 - 20:00
The testing centre is also open on public holidays during the same hours.
On the booking form below, you will be able to select your preferred time range for your appointment, within the opening hours of the testing centre.
After filling out the group booking form below, you will receive to your email address a confirmation voucher with a voucher number for your group and detailed instructions on how to to get tested at this testing centre. Your group booking will be confirmed within 20 minutes by the testing centre during their operating hours for confirming appointments.
The testing centre work 17 hours per day during the following operating hours:
Monday - Sunday: 08:00 - 01:00

With this option, the PCR test certificates of each member of your group are delivered within 3 hours after your tests are performed.
This 3 hours option is only available for tests performed until the hour specified below. Therefore if you want to get your PCR test certificates within 3 hours, make sure to book your appointment for your group COVID tests before the time specified below:

With this option, the PCR test certificates of each member of your group are delivered the same day your group gets tested, at the end of the day.
This same day results option is only available for tests performed until the hour specified below. Therefore if you want to get your PCR test certificates at the end of the day, make sure to book your appointment for your group COVID tests before the time specified below.

Prices for PCR tests – Certificate delivered the day after you got tested, end of day
With this option, the PCR test certificates of each member of your group are delivered the day after your group gets tested, at the end of the day.
From Monday to Friday, this option is available for tests performed all day long until the testing centre closing time. However, during weekends, this option is only available until the hour specified below.
On the following days: Monday - Friday
Option only available if you are tested before: 20:00
On the following days: Saturday - Sunday
Option only available if you are tested before: 18:00

4. When to make your COVID test reservation for your group
You can make your reservation for your group COVID tests as far in advance as you like. It is preferable to book this service in advance so that you have plenty of time to arrange the details with the testing facility, but you can also book the COVID testing service for your group up to the day before your desired test date.
Keep in mind that after receiving the confirmation email directly from the testing centre, you´ll need to make the payment for your group to confirm your group booking and you´ll also need to send back to the testing centre an excel sheet with the details of each person of your group. Therefore we recommend you book in advance so that you do not feel rushed and stressed to complete the last steps of your group booking.

You will also receive a separate confirmation email directly from the testing centre, with whom you´ll be in touch to arrange the details of the testing for your group. It is essential that you only turn up at the time that was appointed to you by the testing centre. If you attempt to turn up at any other time the testing centre will not test you. Appointments for testing are necessary to ensure the testing centre can give you the express testing service with no waiting times. If your plans change then you should contact the testing centre to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

6. Additional information
In what language will we get our COVID test certificates?
Your antigen or PCR test certificates will be in English or Spanish, depending on the language you'll request at the testing centre.
How will we receive our antigen test certificates?
Antigen test certificates will be available 15 minutes after you get tested.
Antigen test certificates will be sent to the email address of the leader of the group or to each individual email address of each person. When your group is at the testing facility, you will need to inform the staff if you want the certificates to be sent to the leader of the group or to each person individually.
In addition, your antigen test certificates can also be hand-delivered to you at the testing facility, after your entire group is tested.
If you also want a hard copy of your results but do not want to wait at the testing facility for your printed antigen test certificates, the testing facility can send the certificates to your hotel in Barcelona by courier service.

How will we receive our PCR test certificates?
Depending on the PCR test price option you’ll select when filling out the booking form, your results will either be available 3 hours after your test, the same day of your test in the evening, or the day after you got tested in the evening.
The PCR test certificates will be sent to the email address of the leader of the group or to each individual email address of each person. When your group is at the testing facility, you will need to inform the staff if you want the certificates to be sent to the leader of the group or to each person individually.
If you also want a hard copy of your PCR test certificates, the testing facility can send the certificates to your hotel in Barcelona by courier service.
Price of the courier service to be paid directly at the test centre: €20.00
Alternatively, a person of the group can also arrange with the testing facility to come back to pick up the printed PCR test certificates of the group.
What information will be indicated on the antigen test certificate delivered by the testing centre?
The antigen test certificate will mention the following information:
• Name, address and contact details of the testing centre
• Your name
• Your passport number
• Your date of birth
• The sample date and time
• The results date and time
• Whether the results of your test are positive or negative
• Test name
• Test manufacturer
• Test description
• Test performance (sensitivity, specificity, accuracy)
There will also be a QR code on your antigen test certificate that contains the above-mentioned information. The test will be signed by a doctor, and the name of the doctor and his registration number will also show on your certificate.
What information will be indicated on the PCR test certificate delivered by the testing centre's laboratory?
The PCR test certificate will mention the following information:
• Name, address and contact details of the laboratory
• Your full name
• Your passport number
• Your date of birth and age
• Your gender
• The sample date and time
• The type of Covid test, in that case, an RT-PCR test
• The sample type, such as nasopharyngeal or other
• The results date and time
• Whether the results of your test are positive or negative
• Test description
There will also be a QR code on your PCR test certificate that contains the above-mentioned information. The test will be signed by a doctor, and the name of the doctor and his registration number will also show on your certificate.
Can we get a EU digital COVID certificate for our COVID tests?
If you specifically need an EU Digitial COVID certificate for your antigen test or your PCR test, you can pay a small administration fee at the testing centre for them to issue the EU Digital COVID certificates for each member of your group.
Administration fee per EU Digital COVID certificate to be paid directly at the testing centre: €10.00
This supplement will need to be paid on top of the price of your COVID test to the test centre.
Alternatively, each member of your group can also issue their EU Digital COVID Certificate on their own for free from the Catalan Health authority website called Cat Salut website. Once on the website, you'll need to enter the Passport or ID number you provided at the testing centre and the verification code you'll receive by SMS to the mobile phone number you provided at the testing centre. You can change the language of the Cat Salut website from Catalan to Spanish or English by clicking on the language of your choice at the top right-hand side of the website.
Note that issuing your own EU Digital COVID Certificate from the Cat Salut website is not always a straightforward process, especially if you need to issue several EU Certificates for your group. In case you get any issues during the issuing process on your own, the test centre won't be able to assist you at that stage. For a hassle and stress-free experience, we recommend opting for the administration fee to be paid to the test centre for them to take care of issuing your EU digital COVID certificates.

Can we get an antigen or PCR test certificate issued by an ISO 15189 accredited laboratory? Can I get a copy of the ISO 15189 accreditation of the laboratory?
If you're flying to a country that requests that your antigen or PCR test certificate is issued by an ISO 15189 accredited laboratory, make sure to inform the test centre when you check in at the reception of the test centre. You will get your COVID test certificate issued by the ISO 15189 accredited laboratory of the test centre. You will also get a copy of the ISO 15189 accreditation of the laboratory so that you can show it to the authorities of your destination country if requested. There's no additional cost to pay to get your antigen or PCR test certificate issued by an ISO 15189 accredited laboratory or to get a copy of the ISO 15189 accreditation of the laboratory.
For antigen test certificates, note that will receive your ISO 15189 test certificate within the delivery time indicated below:

For PCR test certificates, the delivery time for ISO 15189 PCR certificates remains unchanged. Depending on the price option you’ll select when filling out the booking form, your results will either be available 3 hours after your test, the same day of your test in the evening, or the day after you got tested in the evening.
Our group is flying to Japan, can we get a special COVID test certificate for Japan?
Yes, this test centre can issue the special COVID test certificate requested by the Japanese Government. If you're flying to Japan, make sure to inform the test centre when you check in at the reception of the test centre.
The test centre will explain to you the procedure to get your Certificate of negative test result for Japan and answers any questions you might have. Once your PCR results are available, each person of your group will need to have a video call with the doctor of the test centre, in order for the doctor to prepare each of your special COVID certificates for Japan.
Administration fee for each special COVID test certificate for Japan: €45.00
This supplement will need to be paid on top of the price of your COVID test, to the test centre.

Can we have an official VAT invoice for the testing service?
This centre can provide an invoice upon request. If your home-country health or travel insurance covers COVID-related expenses abroad, you will need to send them the invoice for your test along with your claim for reimbursement. If you need an invoice, make sure to request it at the front desk of the testing centre, after paying for your test.
