VeriFLY is an app that some cruises and airlines use to verify COVID travel documentation. FIT-TO-FLY (COVID travel certificates airline travel)
For flight travel certificates, you should inform the testing centre of your destination country. For example, if you are flying to Japan, the certificate's requirements are very different from those if you were flying to an EU country.

PCR tests results will be delivered the day after your got tested. Below we show you the time slot your PCR test certificate is delivered.
Results delivered next day between: 20:00 - 23:59
- PCR test results delivered within 3 hours and that you get tested the day before your flight.
- PCR tests results delivered the same day and that you get tested two days before your flight if the COVID test requirements of your destination country allow you to do so.
If you receive your test certificate within 3 hours after you get tested or two days before your flight in the evening, you will have your certificate well in advance of your flight, which will avoid any stress in regards to getting your certificate on time for your flight. In addition, if there is any error on your certificate such as a typing issue with your name or date of birth, or any other clerical issue, you will have enough time to get it fixed by the test centre before your early morning flight.
You PCR test certificate will be available in English or Spanish, depending on the language you’ll request at the testing centre.
PCR test results will be sent to your email address and will also be available on the website of the laboratory that will analyse your results. The medical staff will give you a card of the laboratory that will analyse your results with your PCR test reference number and instructions to access your test results on the website of the laboratory. EU Digital COVID Certificate for your PCR test
This test centre and the laboratories they work with are accredited by the Catalan Health Entity -called Cat Salut- to report your PCR tests results to Cat Salut so that you can get your EU Digital COVID Certificate for your PCR test.
You can pay a small administration fee directly at the test centre if you want them to:
- download your EU Digital COVID Certificate from the Cat Salut platform
- send your EU Digital COVID Certificate for your PCR test to your email address

How to get your special discount

You will receive an email with full instructions about how to get to the testing centre and how to redeem your discount voucher. The discount is for each test you book and will only be applied at the clinic when you present your voucher number. You would also need to present your voucher number to identify your test appointment with the clinic. If you do not present your voucher at the testing centre the clinic will not be able to find your reservation and therefore may not be able to test you. Therefore it is very important to ensure to bring the voucher with you and present it at the testing centre reception to ensure your appointment is found and that you will get your discount off your test.

Having an exact appointment time ensures that you will get your test done on your confirmed appointment day and time and that you will receive your test results on time for your flight.

If you´re making a reservation for 2 people or more, you will only need to provide the details of one of you in the booking form below and then select the total number of people who will need a test. E.g. If you´re making a booking for yourself and a friend or yourself and a family member, you will only need to provide your first name, last name, email, passport or ID number and your telephone number, and under “Number of people taking the test”, you select 2 people.
You do not need to make a separate booking for your friends or family members as long as you´ve selected the right number of people under “Number of people taking the test” in the form below. Then when you arrive at the clinic, you will check in with your voucher number and your name, and the reception staff will request the details of the additional persons included in your booking. By booking your COVID test this way, you can be guaranteed that you and your friends or family members will be tested simultaneously. If you fill in the forms separately, you might not get the same appointment time.
A confirmation voucher with full instructions on how to get tested will be emailed to you once you complete and send the COVID test form below. Can I also get a printed copy of my PCR test certificate from the medical centre? Yes, if you need a printed copy of your PCR test certificate and do not have access to a printer, you can request a printed copy to the medical centre. When checking in at the reception of the medical centre, simply tell the reception staff that you´ll need a printed copy of your PCR test certificate. You will then have to come back to the medical centre to pick up your printed PCR test certificate. Printed certificates of PCR tests with results in 3 hours will be available at the medical centre at the end of the day, before the medical centre closes. Printed certificates of PCR tests with same days results will be available at the medical centre the next morning. Printed certificates of PCR tests with next days results, will be available at the medical centre 2 days after in the morning. The reception staff will confirm to you when exactly you can come back to pick up your printed PCR test certificate.
Can I get a EU digital COVID certificate with this PCR test? The testing centre has confirmed that the PCR test certificates delivered by the laboratories they work with to analyze your PCR test results are issued in a format and with information that are suitable for travel to any country in the world as their certificates meet the requirements requested by the international authorities.
You will get a COVID travel test certificate, that is valid for travel on planes, cruises, trains etc but the certificate you’ll receive is not the EU COVID digital certificate.
However, as this test centre and the laboratories they work with are accredited by the Catalan Health Entity -called Cat Salut- to report PCR tests results of European citizens to Cat Salut, you will also be able to get a EU Digital COVID Certificate for your PCR test.
If you're a EU citizen, you wil be able to issue your own EU Digital COVID Certificate from the Cat Salut website -which is not always a straightforward process- or you can pay a small administration fee at the testing centre for the testing centre to do it for you for a hassle and stress-fee experience, which we recommend. This service is available for EU and non EU citizens that want to get a EU Digital COVID Certifcate for their PCR test.

If you decide to issue your EU Digital COVID Certificate on your own for free, you should be able to do it from the Cat Salut website by providing the Passport or ID number you provided at the testing centre and entering the verification code you'll receive by SMS to the mobile phone number you provided at the testing centre. You can change the language of the Cat Salut website from Catalan to Spanish or English by clicking on the language of your choice at the top right hand side of the website. In case you get any issue during the issuing process on your own, the test centre won't be able to assist you at that stage.
Can I get a special COVID test certificate for Japan? Yes, this test centre can issue the special COVID test certificate requested by the Japanese Government. If you're flying to Japan, make sure to inform the test centre when you check in at the reception of the test centre.

Can I get a PCR test certificate issued by an ISO 15189 accredited laboratory? Can I get a copy of the ISO 15189 accreditation of the laboratory? If you're flying to a country that requests that your PCR test certificate is issued by an ISO 15189 accredited laboratory, make sure to inform the test centre when you check in at the reception of the test centre. You will get your PCR test certificate issued by the ISO 15189 accredited laboratory of the test centre. You will also get a copy of the ISO 15189 accreditation of the laboratory so that you can show it to the authorities of your destination country if requested. There's no additional cost to pay to get your PCR test certificate issued by an ISO 15189 accredited laboratory or to get a copy of the ISO 15189 accreditation of the laboratory.
Official VAT invoice provided? This centre can provide an invoice upon request. If your home-country health or travel insurance covers COVID-related expenses abroad, you will need to send them the invoice for your test along with your claim for reimbursement. If you need an invoice, make sure to request it at the front desk of the testing centre, after paying for your test.
Languages spoken by the customer support team at this testing centre: The staff at this testing centre speak English and Spanish however you will receive your voucher confirmation email and your appointment time confirmation in your own language.

3. Go to the testing centre at your appointment day and time and present your confirmation voucher. You can either show your confirmation voucher from your mobile phone or print it out. You will be asked to sign a form with your personal information, which will be used by the testing centre to prepare your PCR test certificate so make sure to fill in the form in capital letters and in a readable way, with no errors. You will also need to write down your voucher number on the form to get your special discount off the normal price of the test.
4. You will pay for your test at the special price we have secured for you, directly at the front desk of the testing centre before getting tested.
5. Get tested.
6. You will receive your PCR test results by email and you will also be able to download them from the website of the laboratory. Indications on how you’ll get your PCR test certificate will also be provided on the voucher confirmation you’ll receive after filling in the booking form.
How to cancel your test if you are finally not going to this testing centre: It is very important for the testing centre to know the exact number of patients they will have each day for them to plan their testing capacity accordingly and provide a better service to you.

Can minors take a COVID test at this testing centre?
Yes, minors under 18 can get a COVID test at this testing centre. The requirements for minors to get tested vary depending on whether the minor gets tested without their parents or legal guardian or with their parents or legal guardian:
Minors getting a COVID test WITHOUT their parents or legal guardian:
Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (i.e., a person of at least 18 years of age).
Minors from the age of 14 can get tested without being accompanied by another adult and can go to the testing centre by themselves.
Minors under the age of 18 will need to bring:
1. A printed authorization signed by his parents or legal guardian. The testing centre will provide the authorization by email upon request. You will first need to make your appointment request by filling out the form above. Once the testing centre confirms your exact appointment time by email, you´ll need to request them to send you the authorization that will need to be filled out and signed by the parents or legal guardian of the minor.
Important: The date that you’ll need to write at the very bottom of the authorization needs to be the date of the test.
2. A printed copy of the Identity Document of the parent or legal guardian that has signed the authorization.
Minors getting a COVID test WITH their parents or legal guardian accompanying them to the testing centre:
For minors under 18, the parents or legal guardian will need to sign an authorization and show their Identity Document at the test centre.
The authorization will be given to you at the test centre. The parents or legal guardians can print, fill out, and sign the authorization in advance if they want to. In that case, you will first need to make your appointment request by filling out the form above. Once the testing centre confirms your exact appointment time by email, you´ll need to request them to send you the authorization that will need to be filled out and signed by the parents or legal guardian of the minor and presented at the test centre the day of the test.
Important: The date that you’ll need to write at the very bottom of the authorization needs to be the date of the test.
