Q: I am looking to come to Barcelona over Easter and I was wondering if you can tell me how the Easter holidays will affect many of the museums/attractions/shops. Do most Barcelona attractions close on Good Friday/Easter Monday and Sunday or will they still be open? I know you cannot go into details of all attractions/shops etc but I just wondered generally if there was an over-all close down?
A: I would like to answer your question however we pride ourselves on giving accurate information. The fact is that there are a lot of attractions in Barcelona and the best source of information to find out exactly what is open and what hours they operate is by visiting the official websites of the main attractions and looking up this information directly from the attraction official website. If we were to advise you we may be working from out of date information that has changed at short notice. Therefore to help you find this information we have created a special web page with links to the official websites for some of the main Barcelona attractions and you can look up the opening hours for each of these attractions directly at source. If the information is not easy to find on the official site, send them an email and they will help you.
