You can also take the cruise port shuttle bus called the Cruise Bus at the cruise terminal to Plaça de Colom which has the Christopher Columbus Monument.
From here you can walk up the famous La Rambla until arriving to Plaça de Catalunya. Alternatively you can walk from Christopher Columbus monument to Drassanes Metro on La Rambla and then travel from here two stops up to Plaça de Catalunya.
