Q: Is its possible to spend the night at Montserrat? Is there hotel accommodation in the Monastery?

A: You can spend the night right at the Monastery itself. There are 3 available types of accommodation as follows.

1. Hotel Abat Cisneros
The Hotel Abat Cisneros located at the heart of the Monastery near the Basilica. With the hotel's location, you get a stunning view of the mountains and Llobregat Valley. This is a hotel with 82 rooms that offer bath or shower, television, telephone and heating.

2.Abt Oliba Hostel
Abat Oliba Hostel is located in the same building name ‘Abat Oliba’. This hostel has two floors with rooms that can accommodate 4 to 10 people. Rooms can be shared or private use. Suitable for solo travellers, families or groups. This hostel offers free wifi, bicycle parking, a communal kitchen, a kitchenette in the family rooms and a common dining room.

3. Abat Marcet Apartments
The Abat Marcet Apartments are located in Plaça Abat Oliba. This apartment is equipped with modern facilities that can accommodate 1 to 4 people. The apartments have bathroom, kitchen, heating, telephone and television.
