Torre Bellesguard is designed by Antoni Gaudi between 1900 and 1909. Gaudi constructed this building with a blend of Art Nouveau and Gothic style and called it Bellesguard, a name referring to the beautiful panoraminc views of Barcelona. He also reconstructed the ruins of a medieval castle that is now part of the residence.
