Review H10 Universitat Hotel, Barcelona

Page Content

H10 Universitat Hotel
H10 Universitat Hotel, Barcelona sits between two of Barcelona's largest squares - Plaza Universitat and Plaça de Catalunya. Therefore, it is located centrally for those looking to be at the heart of Barcelona's tourist attractions. It is a 4 star hotel but does not boast amenities such as a pool or a gym. However, what it lacks in luxury, it makes up for in convenience - the Ramblas, the old town and Passeig de Gràcia are all in easy walking distance.

The hotel's exterior is modern - with glass doors and a silver sign. Its lobby area is large with grey marble floors. The front desk is to the left on entrance. It is long and black marble. Comfy beige couches line the opposite wall, and low wooden coffee tables add a touch of style. Abstract paintings line the walls, and a large painting of a diving lady sits behind the front desk. There is a bar area towards the back of the lobby. A plasma screen next to the lift screens amenities available at H10 hotels and provides an unwelcome reminder that this hotel makes up part of a large chain group.
