You can tell from the façade that this three star hotel is contemporary and stylish, and this is reinforced as you walk through the sliding doors into the lobby which has been decorated in deep and muted colours, and has high ceilings allowing you to look up to the Jazz Bar above. The staff are pleasant, and there is a small lounge in which to relax.
The Jazz boutique hotel has 108 rooms, with air-conditioning, Canal +, internet connection, safe and mini-bar. The hotel also has facilities for people with a disability which is fairly unusual in Barcelona, and private parking. Jazz is just the theme of the hotel and whilst there is a Jazz bar do not get confused and think this is a place for live events.
Hotel Jazz is also popular with those who come to Barcelona on business and are looking for a stylish hotel without the pretentiousness that you find in some other modern establishments. The business centre is comprehensive, and you are right in the middle of the city centre.
The conference centre consists of three rooms named Soul, Swing and Jazz. These rooms can fit from 18 to 80 people, depending on how you want the room set out. They are fully-equipped with modern audio-visual equipment and necessary connections. There is also a bar and a café if you need a break from work. Also if you need to use a computer, then there are several at your disposal, next to the piano bar on the first floor.
Hotel Jazz has a wonderful, decked roof terrace with spectacular views of Montjuïc and a good-sized, climate controlled pool.

One of the best features of this hotel, apart from the roof terrace, and its location, is the way that Hotel Jazz is modern and stylish but not pretentious like some other contemporary-style hotels. This is what makes Hotel Jazz special, you won't find any posers in the lobby and people won't check what you're wearing so it feels like you've stumbled across a design gem which hasn't been spoiled by the usual fashion conscious crowd. The hotel is simple but comfortable, it provides everything you need and doesn't shout about it.
