If you are interested in taking an afternoon stroll it will probably take you just over half an hour to walk between the two squares. The street itself has its share of nice cafés and buildings. Plaza Universitat is the home of Barcelona's old University buildings. Plaça España is also where you will find Barcelona's palace.
