Plaça Sant Jaume is in the heart of the historic quarter of Barcelona and only a few minutes walk to Barcelona Cathedral. There is no street parking in this immediate area for obvious security reasons however there are car parks within a close walking distances which we have listed in the parking table below. Plaça Sant Jaume is the centre of activity for the La Mercè festival each year so if you plan to visit the city during La Mercè it is probably a good idea to consider a different location as you could have difficulty getting access to your car.
