Shops at the station

There are a variety of shops at Estació Nord station, including shops selling souvenirs, confectionery, newspapers and magazines and electric appliances (such as mobile phones, watches and clocks).

They are all located on the ground floor of the station building. The opening times vary from shop to shop. However, most are open from around 08:00 - 20:00/ 21:00 every day. The largest gift shop/ newsagent is open from 07:30 - 23:00 every day.

There is no Wi-Fi at Estació Nord. However, there is a "locutorio"(an internet cafe). It is located on the ground floor of the station building - to the far left of the building if you have your back to the bus platforms. It is opposite the ground floor toilets. It is open every day.
Lockers

Lost property
Lost property at Estació Nord is located at the station information desk (see below). It is open every day. If you are at the station then you can go and speak to them directly. Alternatively, you can call them on the number below. They will keep a log of the item you lost and contact you if they find anything.

It is important to note that lost property in the station only deal with items that you have lost in the station. If you think that you might have left something on one of the coaches, you will need to contact the coach company who you travelled with. They will all have their individual websites where you can find their contact details. If you can't remember the name of the bus company you travelled with, call station information (on number above), tell them where you travelled from and they will let you know who you travelled with. Or, alternatively, check the Official Estació Nord website, where they provide links to each bus company's website.

The main toilets at Estació Nord station are located on the ground floor of the station building. There is a male, female and toilet for people with a disability at the far left of the station building if you are standing with your back to the bus platforms. There is a small seated waiting area directly in front of the toilets.
There is also a male and female toilet on the first floor of the station building. They are located between halls B and C - to the left at the top of the escalators.
All toilets are open for the same hours as the station building.
